Interrelationship of the principles of territorial integrity and self-determination of the nations with respect to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has been the object of study and international-legal analysis for a long time. Besides, the research has been carried out to find out the perspectives to lodge the case before the various international judicial organs for consideration. The presentation ceremony of the Report has been conducted in January 27, 2010 at the Azerbaijan Media Centre. Implementation of the main parts of a range of sections of the “2008-2015 State Program on Poverty Repuction and Sustainable Development at the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by the decree of the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan No3043 on September 15, 2008, including 5.2 (Social Protection of Population) and 5.3 (Refugees and IDPs) covers years 2008-2010.
